Slipknot has acquired a new drummer
Slipknot revealed that they do have a new drummer, so i guess we won't be seeing a disband any time soon.
Amongst speculation that Eloy Casagrande may be joining the band now that he's split from the almost retired Sepultura, Slipknot posted a photo of a broken drumstick on their official Instagram account yesterday with the caption "rehearsal," meaning they've got a replacement for recently departed Jay Weinberg.
It would be a full circle moment if Eloy Casgrande was Weinberg's replacement, since Weinberg replaced Greyson Nekrutman in Suicidal Tendencies not long ago, who was a replacement for Casagrande in Sepultura.
If no sooner, we will be finding out the new drummer on April 27th at their first show of 2024 for Sick New World in Las Vegas.
