Good Things festival announce huge lineup for 2024 with nu metal legends headlining

Leading the lineup and continuing the 3 year run of nu metal legends headlining the festival (previously shoegaze-y Nu Metal icons Deftones in 2022 and the face of the genre Limp Bizkit in 2023) are the Californian nu-metal founders, Korn, celebrating the 30th anniversary of their genre defining debut album. Playing their final ever Australian shows, pop punk icons Sum 41 are set to play the festival before saying goodbye to their loyal followers early next year giving us early hits and standouts from recent work. As well as 80s folk-punk pioneers Violent Femmes who are also set to grace us with “Blister in the Sun” and other timeless classics.
Other big international acts include German electronicore Electric Callboy, known for viral hits like “Hypa Hypa”, “We Got The Moves”, “RATATATA ft. BABYMETAL” and their impressive cover of Cascada’s “Everytime We Touch”. Smashing Pumpkins vocalist Billy Corgan playing some solo tracks as well as a few Smashing Pumpkins hits joined by Australia’s own The Delta Riggs, Mastadon ( “Blood and Thunder”, “The Motherload”, “Steambreather”), and Slayer’s’ Kerry King keeping the heavier side of the festival afloat, American alternative rock band The Gaslight Anthem, riot grrrls L7, pop punk royalty Bowling For Soup, ‘emo’ icons Sleeping With Sirens, and rock band 311.
Other Aussie legends on the bill consist of ARIA Hall of Famers JET, known for classics such as “Are You Gonna Be My Girl”, and “Rollover DJ”, along with punk rockers The Living End with crowd pumping anthems “Prisoner of Society” and “Second Solution”.
Other names appearing are Australia’s Northlane, Alphawolf, The Butterfly Effect, AVIVA, Killing Heidi, and Reliqa, as well as internationals Destroy Boys, Dragon, Frank Turner and The Sleeping Souls, From Ashes To New, Grandson, Highly Suspect, Immenence, Loathe, and Taylor Acorn.
